Charges

We would love to leave this page blank because there are no charges but blank pages tend to spook people; they think a mistake has been made. So we thought we better write something! This is what we wrote:

Yes you read it right, Villabazaar is free.

We do not charge for proerty listings and we do not charge for using the site in any way.

Villabazaar is designed to offer benefits to both travellers and holiday home owners alike. Our real time market place introduces an element of transparency and thus helps to secure the best possible value for the traveller. At the same time the ability to adjust pricing enables the owner to quote a price which will secure the booking in an ever more competitive market place ensuring that they don't miss out on a booking just because they were a few pounds too expensive.

Better a booking made at £400 than one lost at £420!

We reserve the right to change our prices however we will always give you advance warning on this page. But, for now at least it is free to use and that means that if you list a property with us that listing will be free for at least 12 months. And, if we do decide to introduce a listing fee at any stage you will be free to remove your property rather than pay the listing fee if you wish.

That's what "FREE" means!
